John Mahama receives congratulations note from The State and Knights of Malta

President-elect John Dramani Mahama received congratulations from H.E. Prince José Cosmelli, Head of the Knights of Malta, following his decisive election victory.

Mahama won with 56.55% of the votes, defeating Vice-President Mahamudu Bawumia. Prince Cosmelli commended Mahama’s leadership potential, highlighting prospects for prosperity and stability in Ghana.

The Knights of Malta plan to enhance Ghana-Malta relations by establishing a diplomatic mission in Accra, focusing on collaboration in medicine, education, and humanitarian efforts.

The Electoral Commission confirmed Mahama’s win based on results from 267 constituencies, reflecting Ghana’s democratic choice.
