CNN.erred in their declaration. This whites make gains when there are confusions in African countries. Did they pick the results from the EC, or they have the pink sheets?

  • Wisdom says:

To God alone be ALL the Glory. Congratulations, Nana and CONGRATULATIONS, OMAN GHANA. THE LORD HAS REALLY VISITED YOU! Now, let GOD lead the Nation into all righteousness and TRUE FREEDOM.

  • NII NUNOO says:

Please with all due respect.”CNN IS NOT MANDATED TO ANNOUNCE THE PRESIDENT ELECT FOR GHANA”.THIS RESPONSIBILITY IS FOR THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA TO DO THAT. AND FOR YOUR INFORMATION THE E.C ARE WORKING ON THE RESULTS AND HAVE NOT MADE ANY DECLARATION OF “WHO HAVE WON AND WHO HAVE LOST”.

The results is not out so why this cnn

  • Godfred says:

The cnn did not collect the results from the air as the EC wont do that. Nana congrats

I am really disappointed in CNN

  • Abdul-Bachi Ibrahim aka Modoo says:

Thank God the International Observer Mission and the international media place so much value on time to waste it unproductively. CNN declaration was once again a blow on Ghanaians, pointing to deficiencies that either shrouded human resource capacity or loyalty.

We must learn as a people to accept our mistakes. Is it wrong for someone to preemt you when you are not doing the right thing? What is wrong about CNN’s declaration of Nana Addo’s victory? Let’s learn to respect internationally recognized institutions, if we want to be seen as serious people.

I thank CNN so much for teaching Ghanaians loyalty and judicious use of time.

  • Kwame effah says:

The so called CNN are stupid if it’s true if they have said so because they want to create fight let’s not forget we have oil in our country and they will do anything to take advantage my brothers and sisters we need to wise up and hope for the best for our country

    • Wiwi says:

I see it. I once told a white Man about this theft and he justified it saying, they come to steal cos africans are ideal bones so they deserve it since they are hardworking. But i don’t think that is the case here. Even if CNN was paid to say that,(true though, the result is explicit) they don’t have that influence over Ghana. They don’t have our respect, most Ghanaians don’t even care about CNN.

    • Kraman says:

The oil that your fucky country has is insignificant for the Amis to cause problems in your fucky country Ghana

  • Harriet says:

Thank you ccn fr ur concern

  • ghh says:

First of all this is not CNN official site .. Some one just created this site to fool us in the name of CNN

  • Ransford says:

Nonsense @ CNN what power do you have to declare the mandate of the people of ghana ???
Only the EC has the mandate to declare the results of the elections in ghana

  • Dwomoh says:

  • General Obishi says:

Brothers, check the photo very well. It is photoshop. CNN has not declare any results. This is a disgrace to this website, ghanaguardian.com. Shame on you

  • kwabeba says:

Is unfortunate ghanaians ar stll behaving like puppets. Hw can ndc loose 51 seats to Npp n u sit der n tell Ghanaians Nana didn’t win. You guys must tell us who won the election instead of denying Nana as d winner

  • John Asiamah (UK) says:

Congratulation Y3 Nana Ado. Nana Nie!

  • Kb says:

Not really, we javr just lost our divinity as citizens of a sovereign country. That’s all. They are not. We keep doing same mistakes without learning. Now guess what. All the ongoing infrastructure will be abandoned simply because it is Mahamma projects

  • Wiwi says:

CNN is not a Ghanaian news station and therefore not a supporter of any party: Neutral.
So they declare NPP the winner according to their provisional results, its not bias but genuine. We all did maths in school and we must therefore know by now what the Ec is to declare. Only Dimwits can’t see this. I wonder if EC would have taken this long to declare if NDC was with the upper hand in this 2016 election.

  • Tinkorang says:

We are yet to see the winner

  • Tinkorang says:

We are yet to see the winner please

  • Yaw Osei-Baffour says:

If the EC isn’t matured enough to take its responsibility serious, then the CNN would be right to act on behalf of the people of Ghana.
God bless Ghana abd Nana Ado

  • NII NUNOO says:

PRESIDENT JOHN MAHAMA HAS WON THE ELECTIONS. MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU. GOD BLESS MAHAMA GOD BLESS GHANA.

  • NII NUNOO says:

@ Abdul what mistakes are you talking about? AND THIS CNN YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT ARE THEY CITIZENS OF OUR COUNTRY? LET ME ASK YOU A QUESTION, WHAT DOES OUR CONSTITUTION SAY ABOUT DECLARING WHO WINS AND WHO LOSES IN OUR ELECTIONS? ISN’T IT THE E.C THAT THAT ALL THAT?

    • kb says:

Can’t you reason small…. That’s why have foreign observers. Am not sure that you saw them with your eyes…. And you kraaa do you think Ghanaian will vote for mahama.. Apuu for what reason…

  • S W says:

CNN did not announce anything from the space
they just announced the results they have put together
from the votes casted by Ghanaians
EC is just being too slow

  • Miracle Abu Bakossa says:

When you fail to take responsibilities, someone who is ahead in critical thinking will have no choice but to take it. If it were to be a breaking news, we would be grateful to CNN so why is this all about criticizing the EC. Lets call a spade a spade and not a big spoon. Time is a doll in Africa but a diamond somewhere else…………………

  • nana says:

u guys should stop. Isn’t it obvious, do we need the EC to declare before we know our winner. masa commot..

  • Ofori says:

Hmmmmm. Surprised at this nunoo guy and all the ndc supporters led by their stubborn and proud general secretary. Last four years before the EC came out the multimedia group have already declared the results. In the year 2008 when results were delayed a bit, ndc supporters rushed to the EC offices with cutlasses, stones and rod chanting they were the winners cost they were leading in the parliamentary. Today the same people don’t want to hear those who have swept about 172 seats out of 275 to jubilate over their assured victory? Hypocrisy and Dishonesty. The good news is that what is written is written. Men changed:Nana can’t be president but God has proven them all wrong. Nana aba. Nana atena ase. Nyame de Nana b3y3 adwumapa ama Oman Ghana

    • NII NUNOO says:

@ Ofori, YOU OF ALL PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW BETTER AS A GHANAIAN CITIZEN THAT IT IS THE WORK OF THE E.C ANNOUNCE CERTIFIED RESULTS. NOT RESULTS THAT ONE CREATES AND COMES OUT AND DECLARES IT SELF AS WINNER OF OUR ELECTIONS. WITH All DUE RESPECT PLEASE LET US ALL WAIT FOR THE E.C TO COME OUT WITH THE FINAL RESULTS… WHO EVER THAT WINS WILL BE PRESIDENT OF OUR COUNTRY.. THANK YOU!

  • Jerry Mark says:

CNN has said nothing. Take a closer look at the cnn logo and compare. Fare enough if Nana wins but stop false propaganda because it will take you into opposition quickly.

  • DICKSON K. FRIMPONG says:

ALL THANKS & PRAISE BE TO GOD ALMIGHTY FOR THE MOST PEACEFUL ELECTION EVER!
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE PEACE-LOVING GHANAIAN VOTERS!
CONGRATULATIONS BARIMA BA NANA AKUFFO ADDO!
LONG LIVE NPP, LONG LIVE GHANA!

MANY ARE THE PLANS OF MAN BUT ONLY THE WILL OF THE LORD SHALL STAND!!!
