Ghanaian winger Joseph Paintsil continued his rich vein of form in the Turkish Superlig as he scored a brace for his side MKE Ankaragucu in their 4-3 defeat to Alanyaspor on Monday.

The Ghanaian opened the floodgates in a game which produced seven goals as early as the 3rd minute when he connected home a low cross from Saba Lobzhanidze.

Ankaragucu were dominating possession in the game and it was not surprising when the away side added a second goal in the 28th minute with Joseph Paintsil getting his brace on the day with Saba Lobzhanidze the provider once more.

The home side reduced the deficit with eight minutes to half time through Salih Ucan to make it 2-1.

In the second half, the home side pulled parity in the 54th minute through Anastasios Bakasetas making it 2-2

Before two further goals from Aliou Badji  and Francois Moubandje turned the game on its head in favour of the home side Alanyaspor to record a 4-3 victory.

Joseph Paintsil, 22, with his brace on Monday has scored seven goals this season after playing in 17 matches for MKE Ankaragucu in the Turkish Super Lig.
