Ghanaian forward Joseph Paintsil will be sold by his Belgian club KRC Genk this summer despite his outstanding loan spell in Turkey.

The winger was on loan at Turkish side MKE Ankaragucu but they suffered relegation and he has made a return to his parent club.

But the Ghanaian will soon be on the move once more this time for good as Genk are intent on selling him.

Paintsil had a prolific season at the relegated Turkish side MKE Ankaragucu as he scored 11 goals in 33 matches.

There are reports that Genk who are seeking a transfer fee of around 700,000 euros are close to reaching a deal with newly promoted Turkish side Adana Demirspor.

Adana Demirspor were champions in the Turkish second division and are looking to strengthen their team for the Turkish Super Lig and see the Ghanaian as a key cog.

Paintsil has a year left on his current contract with Genk.
