The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced that Joyce Boatey-Agyei will retain her position as coach of the female U-15 team, commonly known as the Black Damsels.

Boatey-Agyei, who previously served as the Head Coach of Supreme Ladies, has been at the helm of the U-15 squad since November 2019.

With a rich background in football both as a player and a coach, Boatey-Agyei brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role.

Beyond her contributions on the field, she is also a seasoned educator, further enhancing her ability to mentor and develop young talent.

Boatey-Agyei's coaching credentials include a CAF Licence A certificate and a FIFA grassroots coaching certificate, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the realm of football coaching.

Assisting Boatey-Agyei in her coaching duties will be Stephen Jojo Ampah, whose expertise and support will further bolster the coaching staff of the Black Damsels U-15 team.

With a dedicated coaching team in place, the GFA is confident in Boatey-Agyei's leadership and the potential for the Black Damsels U-15 team to flourish under her guidance, fostering the growth and development of young female footballers in Ghana.
