Italian  giants Juventus are still pursuing  Ghana and Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey as the plan a swap deal with Arsenal for midfielder Arthur Melo.

The 26 year old Brazilian  midfielder has struggled to fit in  at the Turin club since making the switch from Barcelona in a similar swap deal involving Miralem Pjanic.

According to Sportmediaset,  there will be no money involved as it will be a straight  swap  between  the two clubs without any  money involved.

Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey has been in his best ever form for Arsenal since joining from Atletico Madrid in 2020 but Italian giants Juventus are watching the him with a view to a summer move.

He was recently adjudged as the Arsenal player of the month for the first time since joining the London based club.

Partey who struggled initially at Arsenal was in great form during the month of February as the club won all its three matches.

Reports are swelling in Italy that Juventus is keen to make a move in the summer but his club Arsenal are not ready to let the Ghanaian leave.

The midfielder and his entourage are aware that several clubs in Europe are interested in his services but he is not ready to quit the London club now.

Since February he has been considered the great pillar of the London team, even being nominated as the best player of that month . Against Wolves, he was seen supporting the team when they were down to 10. In the match against Brentford, a few days later, he also delivered.

It was, again against Wolves, when the Ghanaian stood out again.

Against Leicester, in March, he scored a great goal. The Premier is designed for him, very fast and back-and-forth football. Defensive work is not lacking.

But injury against Crystal Palace at the Selhurst Park derailed what was a fine campaign for the Ghanaian which ended his season abruptly.
