Former Ghana youth international Kamal Issah has joined lower tier Swedish side Ostersunds FK on a short-term deal till the end of the season.

He joins on a short term deal that will come to an end on December 31, 2022.

The 29 year old Ghanaian defensive midfielder joins his new side on a free transfer and was part of his team's pre-season training camp in Turkey.

His performance during the training camp convinced the coaching staff of Ostersunds FK to hand him a contract.

The defensive midfielder made his debut for his new side on Tuesday, 19 April 2022, after climbing from the  the bench to make his debut for Ostersunds in their 1-1 draw at Trelleborgs in the league.

Issah, 29, has played for the likes of FC Nordsjaelland, Stabaek and Turkish Istanbulspor and last played for Ankara Keciorengucu during the 2020/2021 season.
