Ghanaian winger Kamal Sowah was in awesome form for his side OH Leuven as they pulled off a massive coup against top dogs Gent.

The Leicester City loanee scored twice as OH Leuven against all odds secured a shocking 3-2 triumph over Gent on Saturday in the Belgium Jupiler Pro League.

Sowah opened the floodgates at the GHELAMCO-Arena in the 41st minute with a well taken strike before the lead was doubled three minutes later by team mate Mathieu Maertens.

The visitors went into the break with a healthy two nil lead and resumed the second half from where they left of as Sowah grabbed his second of the game in the 48th minute to give the away side a three nil lead.

He was replaced in the 75th minute after a dazzling display for OH Leuven.

The home side converted two penalty kicks in a pate of three minutes through Niklas Dorsch and Tim Kleindienst to give the game a nervy ending but OH Leuven held on for the three points.

Compatriots Elisha Owusu and Osman Bukari played the entire 90 minutes for Gent but were powerless to prevent the defeat.
