Head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Samuel Boadu has urged supporters of the team to keep the believe and also pray for his side.

The Phobians earned a point in their crunch match day 21 match at the CAM Park at Anyinase a results the coach felt could have been different had they converted their chances in the last minute of the game.

Karela United who entered the game without a win in their last four matches were seeking redemption with a rare win.

They took the lead in the 71st minute through Maxwell Boakye who capitalized on a defensive mix up in the Hearts of Oak back line to open the scores for the home side.

It was as if Karela United were heading away with all three points until Kwadwo Obeng Junior headed home from Salifu Ibrahim corner kick.

Obeng Junior should have wrapped up the results for Hearts of Oak in the 89th minute but missed the glorious opportunity.

Speaking after the match, the Hearts of Oak gaffer says they had lots of possession but conceded with their only mistake at the back.

"Both team played well, we had lots of possession and we held the ball more in the first half. It's unfortunate they scored first from a defensive mistake but we came strongly to cancel their goal."

"Bringing in Obeng, Sarpong and Mensah was a tactical decision and you see it aided in us equalizing. We could have finished the game in the last few minutes with two chances but its unfortunate."

"For our fans, l am asking that they keep supporting and praying for the team, Managment and board Members. We will get there" he concluded.
