Kenyans  have launched bouts of scathing attacks on John Dramani Mahama for falling short on their democratic process after the ex-Ghana president stated that he had observed a free and fair elections in their country prior to the re-election run in the country.

John Mahama has come under fire from Kenyans who believe he did a poor job on his United Nations observer mission to their country after he showered praise comments on former Zimbabwe president Robert Mugabe who some assert to be a tyrant contrary to Mahama's praises.

The Ghanaian statesman in a praise-filled tweet, referred to the former Zimbabwean president as a "Pan Africanist", a "patriot" and a "liberation hero" after the latter's 37 year rule came to an end.

John Mahama who was recently an election observer in Kenya had said the election was conducted free and fair only for the results to be scrapped by the Supreme Court of Kenya for a re-election.

Some Kenyans on twitter as a result of his tweet on Mugabe's resignation took the opportunity to lambaste the former Ghana president for what they insist was a "rubber stamp of fraudulent elections  their country.

A sad ending for a liberation hero, a patriot and a great Pan Africanist. I pray the dramatic events of November serve as a reboot for democracy and prosperity in #Zim. History will remember Comrade Mugabe kindly.
The former Ghana president said of Mugabe in his tweet

This Kenyan is clearly not a fan of Mahama:

Another agreed with his countryman insisting Mahama had "rubber stamp fraudulent elections" in Kenya:

This particular user however jumped to his defense:

Former President John Mahama was a leading member of a group of 15 delegated from the Commonwealth nations to observe the recent general elections in Kenya a country whose electoral process had been marred by violence in the past.

The statesman after the observation stated that the elections were free and fair but the Supreme Court of Kenya ruled otherwise.

Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta was declared winner of the controversial re-run of the presidential election.
