Sassuolo forward Kevin Prince Boateng’s sparkling start to the season is proof that he has perfectly adapted to his new surroundings, on his return to Serie A.

The 31 year old only joined the Mapei outfit this summer but has already put up a string of colossal performances which suggests he will be a huge hit at the club.

The Ghanaian international was on target for the Neroverdi last Friday in their 3-1 win over Empoli on matchday five.

But it’s not only about his goals, Boateng has brought with him an infectious fighting spirit which seems to have caught up with the dressing room.

On the field, the former UD Las Palmas ace continues to be the main man for Roberto De Zerbi’s men who sit fourth on the league log.

Boateng has scored 3 goals in the 5 matches played in the league and, in addition, scored one of his five goals against Ternara (5-1) in the third round of the Italian Cup .
