U.S Sassuolo midfielder Stefano Sensi has described the club’s new summer signing Kevin-Prince Boateng as ‘leader’.

The Ghanaian forward joined the Green and Black lads on a two-year deal from German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt ahead of the forthcoming campaign.

In his only season with Frankfurt, Boateng made 31 Bundesliga appearances, involving 27 starts, and scored six goals to help the club finish eighth on the table.

He also had five outings to his name as The Eagles clinched the German Cup.

Just a week after making his move to the Modena-based outfit, Boateng is already meeting expectations.

"He made a wonderful impression, he is a good person and a hard worker. We see that he is a leader, he gives positive advice and always tries to help you when you make mistakes without making the mistake weigh. " Sensi noted
