King Faisal gave a shot to their hopes of surviving relegation in the Ghana Premier League season after winning what was dubbed a relegation six pointer against Inter Allies on Sunday.

It has been a season to forget for both teams as they have been very poor with the league table giving credence to their form.

Both teams knew the importance of this match and should King Faisal defy all odds and stay in the Ghana Premier League they may perhaps look back at this results as the catalyst as they are now just a point adrift safety.

The home side dominated the early exchanges and their dominance proved worthy as they got a goal in the 15th minute through Zubairu Ibrahim.

Inter Allies were unable to get any goal  as King Faisal went home with all three points as they bid for salvation.
