King Faisal are set to appoint a new coach and a new technical team as the management of the team disbanded the club's technical team including the sacking of Serbian coach Slavisa Bosivic this weekend after their 2-1 defeat to Hearts of Oak.

Club President Alhaji Karim Gruzah has not hidden his age old appetite for foreign coaches than their local colleagues as he believes they are better than their local counterparts.

But this time the club will look from within for home grown solutions to solve their vacant coaching position as the club have entered talks with their former coach and veteran Francis Oti Akenteng.

According to the club's Chief Executive Officer, Anwar Sadat they have entered talks with the former Ghana Football Association Technical Director about the role.

“Its true we have dissolved our technical team our performance is very bad in the Ghana premier league though are good coaches but we are in talk's with former GFA technical director Sir Francis Oti Akenteng as King Faisal Head Coach and Andy Sinason as Assistant coach,” Anwar Sadat told Hot FM in an interview on Monday.

Talks are believed to be far advance and the new set up could start work very soon after official announcement.
