Former Liberty Professionals and Berekum Chelsea left back, Richard Kissi Boateng has mutually terminated his contract with Congolese side TP Mazembe.

A letter signed by the General Manager (Frederic Kitengie) of the 2016 CAF Confederation Cup Champions (TP Mazembe) reads:

“We hereby confirm that the employment contract between TP Mazembe and Richard Kissi Boateng has been terminated by mutual consent.”

This means that Kissi Boateng, 27 who joined the Congolese side on January 16, 2013 is a free agent and can deal with any club of his choice.

Born on November 25, 1988, Richard Kissi Boateng earned a double call up into the Black Stars team that played the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Lesotho as well as Zambia.

The former Liberty Professionals and Berekum Chelsea stalwart defender will touch down in Ghana this weekend.
