Asante Kotoko striker Frank Mbella Etouga has been living in Ghana the last few months since joining the porcupine warriors.

The lethal striker is not just loving life on the pitch in Ghana but he appears to have found some taste with some local Ghanaian dishes.

The Cameroonian International has been in very good form for the porcupine warriors in his debut season having scored 21 goals and needs just one to equal the 22 goals scored by Ishmael Addo as the highest ever goal tally scored in the Ghana  Premier League.

Despite missing three matches at the beginning of the Ghana Premier League season the Cameroonian leads the scoring charts.

Speaking in an interview with Opemsuo FM in Kumasi on Wednesday, the Cameroonian disclosed that his favourite dish is Jollof rice  but adds that Banku and Kotodwe is also a delicacy.

“My favorite Ghanaian food is Jollof, but I like Banku and Kotodwe as well.”he said

Asante Kotoko who are champions will be presented with the league trophy on Sunday.

Frank Mbella a former Cameroonian youth star joined the reds in October 2021 from Cameroonian side Fortuna de Mfou.

He was named in the preliminary Cameroonian squad for the 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Burundi but was later dropped.

He has been linked with moves to European sides such as Saint-Etienne, Galatasaray, SD Eibar and Atletico Madrid among others.
