Kumasi Asante Kotoko have made enquiries for three Medeama players including their former on loan player Justice Blay who is currently out injured.

Blay was crucial for Kotoko during his one year loan spell in the 2019/2020 season but Kotoko could not match Medeama's valuation when they wanted to make the move permanent.

The Ghanaian giants are keen to rebuild their team for a title charge after going trophyless this season, thus losing the league title to Hearts and also been knocked out of the MTN FA Cup finals by Berekum Chelsea.

Kotoko have officially written to the Tarkwa based club to ask of the availability of  midfielder Richard Boadu aka Agadas who has alos been linked with a reunion with former coach Boadu and right back Samuel Appiah.

Richard Boadu was integral for Medeama despite their patchy form making 24 appearances and scoring once with his only goal coming against Kotoko at Obuasi.

Samuel Appiah was also a consistent performer for Medeama in the just ended season.

Justice Blay however suffered a horrendous leg break and is still nursing his injury while Hearts are also in contention for Richard Boadu.
