Asante Kotoko Management and Technical team are putting things together to help them start preparations ahead of CAF Champions League and Ghana Premier League competitions.

The President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo in his 17th Address to the Nation on measures taken to halt the spread of COVID-19 pandemic approved that the Ghana Premier and Division One Leagues to resume on 30th October, 2020.

This has necessitated Asante Kotoko Playing body as well as the Technical team to regroup for the start of full-scale activities that will keep them prepared for the competitions ahead.

The program for the Fabulous side according to information available to Opemsuo FM is slated as follows;

• The Team is grouping or reporting in Kumasi today, 27th September, 2020. This includes the Technical team and playing body.

• The entire team will start COVID-19 test on Monday, 28th September, 2020. The results is expected to be out on Tuesday.

• The Team starts training on Wednesday after the results of the COVID-19 test.

The preliminary round of matches of CAF inter-club competitions will kick-off from 27th November.

However, first registration period will start from 21st October to 10th November, 2020.
