Kumasi Asante Kotoko will in the coming days be flying out to the United Arab Emirates to continue their pre-season training exercise.

The club have been very busy in the transfer market as they bid to correct the wrongs of last season after ending the season empty handed as they failed to win the Premier League and also were eliminated from the MTN FA Cup at the semi final stage.

Kotoko have appointed a new coach in the shape of Prosper Nartey Ogum who has started training with the team but are set to change the scenery with a pre-season tour in Dubai.

The former WAFA coach has been putting his players through their paces with a lot of new additions added to the squad but will be afforded some time in Dubai as they wrap up their preparations.

Kotoko will travel with the whole bunch of new players they have acquired so far this season.

The porcupine warriors will open up their season with an away game against Dreams FC at the Theater of Dreams Park in Dawu later this month.
