Kumasi Asante Kotoko have been very busy in the transfer window as they work to reshape their squad for an assault on the Ghana Premier League and the MTN FA Cup.

Latest to join the Kotoko train is talented youngster Samuel Boateng who joins from lower tier side Future Stars Academy according to Opemsuo FM.

He helped his side Future Stars Academy secure a place in the National Division One league in the Ashanti Region.

Boateng scored 16 goals as he helped his side secure qualification from the Division Two into the National Division One.

The young forward has signed a three year deal after both clubs reached an agreement, while personal terms have also been agreed between the player and the club.

An announcement for the purchase of the player is expected to be made by the club in the coming days.

Kotoko have already announced the signings of Richmond Lamptey, Maxwell Agyemang of Wamanfo Mighty Royals FC and Clinton Opoku from Phar Rangers.
