Kumasi Asante Kotoko have entered talks with the National Lottery Authority(NLA) about the possibility of entering a mutually beneficial partnership.

The Management of the club on Monday 23rd August,2021 paid a courtesy call on the Director General of the National Lottery Authority, Samuel Awuku to discuss ways out of which the two bodies can corporate to make money.

Kotoko were led by the Chief Executive Officer Nana Yaw Amponsah, head of international relations MBE Abena Dentaa Amoateng and acting communications director David Obeng Nyarko.

The management of Asante Kotoko are hell bent on making the club financially sustainable and a financial colossus in the near future and a re exploring all avenues that will help them generate income through partnership agreements and sponsorships.

Since the appointment of Nana Yaw Amponsah, his management have entered into several lucrative partnership deals with multi national and local companies among others.

National Lottery Authority director Mr. Awuku wrote on his official Facebook page “Earlier today, the Asante Kotoko Executive Management paid a courtesy call on me at the National Lottery Authority.  We had a successful discussion on contributions and collaborations to increase revenue for the Authority."

Asante Kotoko also took their official social media platforms to express their gratitude to the National Lottery Authority for such a mutual beneficial meeting.
