Ghanaian prodigy, Kudus Mohammed made a returned to action after months on the treatment room in Ajax's 2-2 draw against PSV Eindhoven on Sunday.

The Ghanaian was a 79th minute replacement for scorer of the Ajax first goal Qunicy Promes and showed flashes of his former self in his first outing since the injury.

PSV Eindhoven opened the scores of the game with a quick goal from Eran Zahavi in the second minute before adding a second in the 21st minute.

Just before halftime Quincy Promes reduced the deficit before Brazilian attacker Anthony atoned for his role in PSV 's second goal with the equalizer to make it 2-2.

Kudus Mohammed got injured on his Champions League debut against Liverpool and was ruled out of action for about four months.

He was challenged by Liverpool midfielder Fabinho after which he injured his meniscus and was ruled out of action for a long time.

Kudus  underwent surgery to correct the defect and went through rehabilitation to get back to fitness.

Since joining Ajax in the summer, he has been a real revelation churning out impressive performances week in week out till his unfortunate injury in October.
