Kumasi Asante Kotoko supporter's group Kum Apem has procured a football launcher machine for the club.

The modern training equipment will aid in the training of goalkeepers and also shooting pratice by the team during training.

It was not the only item that was donated as other assorted items like cones, managers planner and football were also added.

This is to help improve the fortunes of the team as the new season is set to begin next month.

Kotoko will also play in the 2020/2021 CAF Champions League and having such modern football training equipment will go a long way to help their fortunes of the club.

An official presentation ceremony for the modern training equipment to the club was done on Friday, October 9, at the Adako Jachie training grounds.

The Kum Ampem delegation was led by Dr. Owusu Ansah, a lecturer at KNUST and also a veteran Sports Journalist.

According to the group the total cost of the football launcher and shipping cost of all the items cost a staggering 18,000 pounds with the cedi equivalent of  GHC 136,813.52

The items were received by the Administrative Manager, Emmanuel Newton Dasoberi and Communication's Manager Moses Antwi Benefo on behalf of the club.

According to the Administrative Manager, coach Maxwell Konadu on Thursday requested the club to get him a football launcher so the donation has come at the opportune time.
