According to Mr Thompson, the GFA must out door a strategic plan which which will improve the systems and structures of the Association.

"Basically he has like a three year or four year term or so and therefore what is important is his strategic plan which we all have to buy into." he told Kumasi based Akoma Fm.

"I think we are all looking forward to what kind of strategic plan he will be launching and of course in the strategic plan I will expect to see how is he going to improve the systems of the GFA,how is going to improve the structure by structure I mean the various divisions."

The Former SSNIT boss says that the new GFA must not do things the old way but must introduce new way of doing things at the FA.

"Are we doing things the same way or are we changing anything. What is his strategy going forward for football right"

"What are his goals  that he has in mind and what he intends to achieve within that period when we talk of structure it involves a lot of things the kind of personnel he will be bringing on board and the rest."
