Ghana midfielder Kwasi Sibo has helped his UD Ibiza side qualify to the second tier league in Spain.

The 22 year old midfielder on loan from Watford secured qualification on Saturday after they defeated UCAM Murcia  by 1-0.

UD Ibiza got the win in the 70th minute with a penalty by Ekain which all ensured they will play in Spain's second tier league.

Sibo who is a central midfielder played the full duration of the match as they secured promotion to the La Liga Smart Bank league.

The Watford owned player was blighted by a lot of injuries but still managed to play 16 league matches for his side.

His loan deal with the lower tier side will come to an end at the end of June but it remains unclear whether he will still remain with UD Ibiza or return to his parent club Watford.
