Ghanaian forward Maxwell Baakoh has joined Libyan Premier League side Al Madina SC from Egyptian side Cleopatra FC.

This was confirmed by the North African club after the parties reached an agreement.

It remains sketchy the terms of the transfer but he joins on a permanent deal after failing to secure game time at the Egyptian side.

He joined the Egyptian side on a free transfer after departing Asante Kotoko when his contract expired.

Maxwell Baakoh made just two appearances for his Egyptian side in 22 matches this season but will now help his new side in the second round of the Libyan League.
