Reacting to President Mahama’s latest tweet regarding the pressure the opposition party is mounting on the Electoral Commission (EC) to declare the presidential results, Gemini asked the president to 'make Ghana proud by conceding defeat'.

President Mahama tweeted: “Let's allow EC to carry out its constitutional mandate. We'll make Ghana proud no matter outcome.”

Gemini quoted his tweet saying: “Make GH proud by conceding defeat.”

Ghana’s 2016 elections are nearly at a climax with the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) winning an emphatic mandate to lead the country in the next four years.
