Nsoatreman FC coach Maxwell Konadu expressed disappointment following his team's 2-1 defeat against Hearts of Oak on Sunday, attributing the loss to his players' failure to adhere to his instructions.

Konadu believes that the defeat could have been avoided if his players had maintained focus and followed his directives, particularly regarding the roles of the midfielders.

"In the second half, we lost concentration because the instructions were clear - my midfielders, one goes and one stays - but they failed to abide by it, and we conceded," Konadu explained.

The coach highlighted the consequences of leaving the back four exposed, emphasizing the need for discipline in defensive organization.

He expressed frustration with his players' inability to execute the game plan effectively, especially when in possession of the ball.

Despite the setback, Nsoatreman FC remains in fourth place in the Premier League table. Konadu stressed the importance of learning from the defeat and improving responsiveness to instructions in future matches.

Looking ahead, Nsoatreman FC will aim to bounce back from the loss as they prepare to face Dreams FC in their next fixture.
