Former Sarkcess music signee, Strogman has taken a swipe at rapper Medikal over claims he saved rap in Ghana over the past 4 years.

The 'transformer' hitmaker stated that comment doesn’t make sense although they are only opinions of Medikal.

The 'Omo Ada' hitmaker bragged about how rap music in Ghana is alive because he prevented it from dying 4 years ago.

Fresh off winning two awards – ‘Rapper of the Year’ and ‘Hip-Hop Artiste of the Year’ – at the 20th anniversary of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) this year, Medikal stated that he will ensure to keep rap music alive.

“4 years ago I saved Ghanaian Rap music from dying and I promise to keep it alive,” he wrote on his social media pages.

The tweet in effect sparked alot of reactions on social media with socialites disagreeing while others agreed.

However, Strongman who waded in the debate said the comment  was only Medikal’s point of view but he doesn’t subscribe to it.
