Newly appointed assistant coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Micheal Osei is not happy with the role handed to him to play second fiddle as assistant manger to new head coach Zdravko Lugarusic.

According to reports, the executive board chairman assured the former acting head coach of Asante Kotoko to lead the team as substantive head coach in the upcoming season, this made Mr Osei ignore the opportunity to assist former Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah in Sudan,ghanaguardian.com understands.

Sources gathered by ghanaguardian.com indicates Micheal Osei is unhappy with his new role as the assistant coach as Kumasi based King Faisal Ex-coach Lugarusic takes over the dugout of the Porcupine Warriors.

Micheal Osei led Porcupine warriors to finish 5th place in the Ghana premier League (GhPL) with 46 points, 5 less than champions Wa All Stars after his former boss Duncan was told to "step Aside".
