Karela United midfielder Emmanuel Keyekeh is set to complete his protracted transfer to Asante Kotoko in the coming days, according to reports in the local media.

The highly-rated midfield anchorman has been on the radar of the Porcupine Warriors since 2019 and multiple reports from Kumasi on Monday indicate that a deal is likely to be reached in a matter of days.

Kotoko head coach Maxwell Konadu is known admirer of the midfielder and the former Black stars assistant trainer has reportedly played a key role in the pursuit of the CAM Park fans favorite.

Keyekeh’s addition will be a welcome news for followers of Asante Kotoko who are eager to see the club improve their playing body ahead of their participation in next season’s CAF champions league.

The Kumasi based club have also earmarked former AshGold defender Yussif Mubarik and Medeama star boy Justice Blay ahead of the new Ghana Premier League season.
