West Ham United forward Mohammed Kudus has expressed his anticipation ahead of wearing the club’s new away kit in their Premier League clash against Brentford on Saturday.
The Hammers will travel to the Gtech Community Stadium for matchday six, with kick-off set for 14:00 GMT.
The upcoming fixture will mark the debut of West Ham's "cockney kit," which Kudus helped launch earlier in the season.
The Ghanaian international, speaking ahead of the game, shared his excitement about the away jersey, revealing it to be his favorite.
“My favorite kit is the away one, but the home kit is the traditional West Ham jersey. I like the design, color, and everything else about it,” Kudus told the club’s official website.
He added, “I can’t wait [to wear it] and dance a little bit in it!”
Kudus had an impressive debut season with West Ham in 2023/24, scoring 14 goals.
With a win against Crystal Palace and a draw with Fulham in their first two away games this season, the 23-year-old is confident the Hammers can build on their solid start in London as they aim for another positive result.
