Under the guidance of coach Hicham Dguig, Morocco started the game with intensity, taking the lead just 15 seconds into the match with a goal from Youssef Jouad.

Captain Soufiane El Mesrar doubled the lead shortly after, setting the tone for a dominant performance.

Although Ghana managed to pull one back through Prince Arthur, Morocco quickly regained control, extending their lead through goals from Soufiane Charraoui and Soufiane El Mesrar.

Despite Ghana's efforts to stay in the game with a goal from Philip Nii Boye before halftime, Morocco continued to assert their dominance in the second half.

El Mesrar converted a penalty to secure his hat-trick, while late goals from Bilal Bakkali, Khalid Bouzid, and Youssef Jouad sealed the comprehensive victory for the hosts.

With this commanding win, Morocco sits comfortably atop Group A with six points, while Ghana faces an uphill battle at the bottom of the group standings.
