The Senior Advisor for the Movement for Change, Hon. Lawyer Yaw Buabeng Asamoa, has expressed support for the recent nationwide demonstration organised by the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Speaking on Hot Morning Drive, hosted by Don Kwabena Prah and monitored by Puretvonline.com, Asamoa emphasised the importance of addressing the issues raised by the NDC.

The NDC’s demonstration, which took place across all 16 regions, called for a forensic audit of the voter register, claiming that it is riddled with errors.

Asamoa backed the NDC’s demand, urging the electoral commission to accept the petitions presented and make decisions that would help maintain peace in the country.

“The issues raised by the NDC need to be addressed,” Asamoa stated, highlighting the importance of transparency and fairness in the electoral process.

He also called on the Electoral Commission to consider the NDC’s concerns seriously to ensure that peace prevails in the nation’s political landscape.

In addition to his support for the demonstration, Asamoa urged Ghanaians to vote for Alan Kyerematen, popularly known as “Alan Cash,” as the right leader to bring development to the country.

He described Kyerematen as a “man of peace,” contrasting him with other political figures.

Yaw Buabeng Asamoa’s remarks signal a call for unity and transparency ahead of the elections, with an emphasis on ensuring that all stakeholders are fairly heard in the electoral process.
