Barely one year after renowned music producer, Fred Kyei Mensah, popularly known as Fredyma was dismissed by Kwasi Aboagye from the Peace FM ‘Entertainment Review’ show, the former is now out to share his regrets over the incident.

According to him, his blood pressure shot up as a result of the unexpected kick out from the popular entertainment program.

In an exclusive interview with Agyemang Prempeh on TV XYZ's ‘Legends’ show Saturday, Fredyma asserted that Kwasi Aboagye's comportment when dismissing him from the show sounded very disrespectful.

“I didn't understand why he kicked me out from his show but the circumstances surrounding the dismissal is where I got offended. He disrespected me. That very day, we discussed Owusu Bempah's issue after he insulted some celebrities in the country. In my submission, I condemned Owusu Bempah's actions and indicated I was going to talk to him in the house since he relates to me

“Then shortly after the show, Kwasi Aboagye told me that he was restructuring his program and that I shouldn't appear on the show again. Just like that! I was very shocked because after spending 14 years on the show, is that the best way to thank me? Even If I had slept with his wife, is that the way he should treat me? He should have found a better way of sacking me from his show, not the way he did

“My BP shot high because at that point I knew he didn't value me all this while. My efforts were not appreciated. The second day he called me and told me the decision was taken by the management and that they say I was no longer a good pundit? That wasn't true, management didn't take that decision, he did it. He disrespected me,” Fredyma said.

Fredyma said although the broadcaster's actions really hurt him to the core, he has no personal issues against Peace FM as a brand and the Despite Media Group.

According to him, he has since moved on with his life.
