Enock Morrison, former midfielder of Asante Kotoko, has reflected on his tenure with the club following his release at the end of the 2023/24 Ghana football season.

Morrison, who joined from King Faisal after the 2021/22 season, expressed a mix of enjoyment and disappointment in an interview with Angel TV.

While he enjoyed his time with Asante Kotoko, Morrison admitted that his primary ambition of winning trophies with the club went unfulfilled.

Kotoko endured a challenging season, finishing sixth in the Ghana Premier League and facing an early exit from the MTN FA Cup, which did not meet the expectations set for the team.

"It’s all good," Morrison remarked. "I enjoyed my time with the club but my targets have not been achieved.

My ambition was to win trophies with Kotoko, which could not happen due to my exit."

Despite the ups and downs during his stint, Morrison remains appreciative of the experience and expressed his affection for the club. "I wish the club well because I love the club and whatever has happened is part of football," he concluded.

Morrison's departure marks the end of his chapter with Asante Kotoko, leaving behind memories of both fondness and unmet ambitions during his time with the Porcupine Warriors.
