Lampard could be seeing wheeling his luggage onto the plane while beaming with smiles  his squad which included forgotten star Batshuayi, as well as Pedro and Willy Caballero.

The Belgian ace has spent the last two seasons away on loan at Borussia Dortmund, Valencia and Crystal Palace - where he enjoyed a late season surge in 2018-19.

The blues play Bohemians on 10th July before facing St Patrick's in three days time with trips to Japan, to face Kawasaki Frontale, Barcelona all planned.
