Remo Stars, a prominent Nigeria Premier League side, has bolstered their squad with the acquisition of Ghanaian duo Daniel Akanbek and Emmanuel Ofori.

Both players have joined the Sky Blues as free agents and have commenced training with the club in preparation for the upcoming Nigerian league fixtures.

Daniel Akanbek, a seasoned midfielder, brings a wealth of experience to Remo Stars, having previously featured in the Ghana Premier League for clubs like Berekum Chelsea and Nations FC.

Prior to his move to Remo Stars, Akanbek plied his trade with Nigerian side Katsina FC.

On the other hand, Emmanuel Ofori's arrival is set to reinforce Remo Stars' goalkeeping department. Ofori's expertise between the posts is anticipated to provide added depth and stability to the team.

Remo Stars, eager to clinch their maiden Nigerian Premier League title, are determined to build upon their impressive performance last season, where they finished as runners-up.

The club faced Ghanaian champions Medeama SC in the preliminary stage of the CAF Champions League, unfortunately succumbing to defeat in a penalty shootout.

Despite this setback, Remo Stars remain focused on their quest for domestic success and continental glory.
