Ivory Coast have named a 24 man squad that will play two friendly matches next month in place of the rescheduled 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

Coach Patrice Beaumelle has named his squad that will play friendly matches against the Stallions of Burkina Faso and the Black Stars of Ghana in International friendlies.

CAF after an emergency meeting decided to postpone the 2022 World Cup qualifiers that should have been played in June to September.

Ivroy Coast will first play Burkina Faso on June 5 in Abidjan before facing Ghana at the Cape Coast Stadium on 12th June.

Six players have been handed their debut, they are: Hamed Junior Traore, Chris Vianney Bedia, Serge Arnaud Aka, Ismaila Wafougossani Soro, Hassane Kamara and Wilfried Singo.

There was no place for Arsenal's Nicholas Pepe, Crystal Palace's Wilfred Zaha and Parma's Gervinho in the squad announced on Thursday.
