Struggling Ghana Premier League side King Faisal FC have announced the signing of former Hearts of Oak goal keeper Samuel Akurugu.
The Kumasi based club announced the capture of the 24-year old on Wednesday morning via their official Twitter handle.

Akurugu joined King Faisal as a free agent and has signed an initial short time contract until the end of the 2019-20 Ghana Premier League season.
He arrived in the Ghana after an unsuccessful stint with the Japanese club Ococias Kyoto.
Akurugu's last stint in Ghana needed at the end of the 2017-18 season when his contract with Hearts of Oak was terminated by mutual consent.
King Faisal are currently busy in the transfer market as they seek to strengthen their squad for their 2019/20 league campaign.
The Insha Allah boys are yet to win a match in the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League after fourteen matches.
