Dreams FC defender Habib Mohammed has sealed a transfer move to South African Premier Soccer League side, Shekhukhune United FC in the current winter transfer window.

The former Asante Kotoko defender has signed a three year deal with his new side after agreeing personal terms.

Habib Mohammed in the company of his agent Yussif Alhassan Chibsah in the city of Ekurhuleni to finalize the deal.

He was part of about eight players who were cut lose by Kumasi Asante Kotoko with the coming of new coach Dr. Prosper Narttey Ogum.

The versatile player joined Kumasi Asante Kotoko from Obuasi AshantiGold when former Ghana coach C.K Akonnor was in charge of Kotoko.

Shekhukhune United after the first round of the season currently lie 8th on the DSTV Premiership standing with 25 points.

Habib Mohammed is likely to make his debut against Royal AM at the Chatsworth Stadium when the league resumes on February 15, 2022
