Danish lower tier side HB Køge have completed the signing of  Inter Allies forward Victorien Adebayor in the current transfer window .

The Nigerien striker had been in prolific form for Inter Allies throughout his stay with the club.

He has signed a two year deal with the Danish second division side after passing a mandatory medical examination and agreeing personal terms.

Adebayor joins the tall list of Inter Allies Alumni present at the club with the likes of Frank Assinki, Kwabena Kyeremateng, Abdul Nassiru and Nsungusi Effiong all at the Danish side.

Today, HB Køge has through a communique on its website confirmed the capture of the exciting forward.

“Before long, you can experience one of Africa's most exciting players on grass in the Danish 1st Division. As a striker in HB Køge.

“It's about 23-year-old Victoria Adebayor. HB Køge does not want to reveal details in the agreement, but measured in terms of finances, the club calls the purchase of Adebayor "the most offensive trade" in the club's history”, a statement from the club has said today.

Since joining the club in December 2017, Adebayor has been in fine form for the Eleven is to one side.

In the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season which was truncated due to the coronavirus pandemic, he scored 12 goals in 15 matches.

Adebayor has scored 7 goals in 20 matches for the Niger national team.
