Black Stars winger Samuel Owusu has sealed a move to Saudi Arabian giants Al Ahli on loan until the end of the season.

The player had been locked up in negotiations with the team the last few weeks but it gathered pace and things were concluded on Sunday after the player passed his medical examinations.

His former side Al- Fayha who have been relegated delayed the deal as they were seeking a sizable loan fee before allowing the Ghanaian winger depart.

As part of the deal, the Saudi Arabian giants have an option to make the deal permanent when his loan deal expires.

The winger has been a sensation for Al - Fahya despite spending just a year at the club since joing from Serbian side Čukarički.

Owusu started his foreign adventure in 2014 at the tender age of 18 years at Serbian club Radnick Sordolica before moving to Turkish side Ginklerberg.

He made a return to Serbia in 2017 having joined  Kocaeli  where he scored 11 goals and provided 12 assists in 71 matches.

Owusu made 27 appearances for Al-Fayha in the Saudi Pro League last season scoring seven and providing two assists.
