The sporting director of Red Star Belgrade, Zvezdan Terzić has advised Ghanaian winger Osman Bukari to alter his game in order o reach the very top.

He says that the pacy winger has all the tools to reach the very top but must refine aspects of his game to get there.

According to him, the Ghanaian winger plays for himself and does not listen to the coach's instructions something which he must cut out.

The 24-year-old winger joined the Serbian side in the summer from KRC Genk after a loan spell at French side FC Nantes.

He started the season in blistering form scoring a hattrick in the UEFA Champions League playoffs but his form has tailed down.

Bukari was named in Ghana's 26-man squad for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup where he scored Ghana's second goal in the 3-2 defeat to Portugal

"Bukari started brilliantly, at times he showed power. He has the quality for the longest ranges, but I think he has to change the way he plays and do what the coach asks of him. He does everything for his own benefit. If he sets himself up properly, he can outrun all his rivals" - Terzić indicated.

The winger has scored five goals in 15 appearances this season for Red Star Belgrade
