Ghanaian and Palermo midfielder Moses Odjer has not suffered any serious injury to the eye that will sideline him from the game in his side's 3-1 win over Juve Stabia.

The 25 year old combative midfielder suffered a bulbar trauma to his right eye on Saturday in an Italian Serie C match against Juve Stabia on Saturday.

After extensive medical checks, scans have showed that the Ghanaian did not suffer any serious injury that will keep him out.

Odjer was on Saturday evening accompanied by doctor Giuseppe Puleo to the ophthalmology department of the Civic Hospital of Palermo, where he was immediately examined by doctor Giovanni Mangano.

The specialist's findings ruled out a possible detachment of the retina. Once the specific therapy had started, Odjer was checked again on Sunday morning, again in the same department of the Civic Hospital, where Dr. Mangano gave the green light for the immediate resumption of competitive activity, albeit with relative medical therapy to support.
