Clifford Aboagye's form for his current club,Querétaro has convinced the board to make his loan move from Atlas permanent.

The Ghanaian midfielder was sent out on loan to Queretaro in June last year and they have been impressed with his output so far.

Aboagye still has six months left on his loan deal but his current side are keen to retain his services and would be willing to include some players in any deal to lower the transfer fee.

The Former Ghana U-20 star arrived at Atlas for a fee closer to $3 million and a good first season at Atlas but injuries and poor form with the arrival of Argentine midfielder Leandro Cufre resulted in him losing his place in the team and as result seeking a fresh challenge elsewhere.

The 24 year old attacking midfielder has been in very good form for his new side scoring a couple of goals and being named 2019 Apertura player of the year for Queretaro.
