Since it was commissioned in 2015, GRA officials in Kumasi say the facility has not been registered for tax purposes.

Multiple attempts by the GRA to get the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly, managers of the park, to register the facility as a business entity has been unseccessful.

The entry gate has been sealed with commissioners tape after patrons and workers were forced out of the facility.
