Real Madrid announce that their Portuguese talisman, Cristiano Ronaldo will tomorrow sign a contract extension at the club officers which will keep him at the club until 2021.

This comes at the back of Gareth Bale's contract extension last week and is very good news for the supporters of the club as it now means that the club has secured the long term services of their two most prized asserts.

Ronaldo joined Real from Manchester United in 2009 for a then world record fee of 80million pounds, signing a six year contract at the Bernabeu.

The official statement from the club reads:

"The official event for the renewal of Cristiano Ronaldo's contract will take place tomorrow, Monday 7 November at 1:30pm in the presidential box at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium. The Portuguese forward will extend his contract until 30 June 2021 at the event attended by club president Florentino Pérez and the player himself".
