Realme 3, the rival to Redmi Note 7 and Samsung Galaxy M20, will go on sale via Flipkart.com at 8 pm on Tuesday, March 11. The smartphone was available to buy in the first sale at 12 pm on Tuesday but those who could not get their hands on the smartphone can try their luck tonight. The Realme 3 is the third edition to the first phone that was launched last year when the company started as an Oppo sub-brand initially.
The Realme 3 price in India has been set at Rs 8,999 for the base variant with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The high-end 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage model costs Rs 10,999. The colour variants that will be available to buy are Dynamic Black and Black only. There is a Radiant Blue colour model that will go on sale on March 26. The sale begins on Flipkart.com and realme.com.
Realme 3 is a close competitor to the Redmi Note 7 and Galaxy M20 that were launched in India recently. The smartphone has a 6.2-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720×1520 pixels and a waterdrop-style notch on the top. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 processor with 3GB or 4GB of RAM.
There are dual cameras on the Realme 3 – setup of a 13-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There is a 13-megapixel camera on the front for selfies. The front camera supports facial scanning while the fingerprint sensor is also available as another biometric solution. The smartphone is backed by a 4230mAh battery under the hood.
