Black Stars striker Richmond Boakye Yiadom  was among the goals for his Israeli side Beitar Jerusalem's triumph over Maccabi Petah Tikva in the Israeli league game on Sunday.

The Ghanaian striker has been in fine form for his side and reminded everyone of his talents that has seen him play for nearly a dozen clubs in Europe.

Boakye Yiadom came on as a substitute in the 54th minute and helped his team turn around a 1-0 deficit into a 2-1 win.

The away side Maccabi Petah Tikva took the lead in the game against the run of play in the 35th minute through Ion Nicolaescu.

They  headed into the half time break with  a 1-0 win despite the incessant pressure mounted on them by their host.

Beitar Jerusalem  pulled parity 15 minutes after recess as Adi Tamir drew his side level with a fine strike.

Boakye Yiadom who was brought into the game from the bench grabbed what proved the winner in the 76th minute for his side.

It is the fourth goal this campaign for the 28 year old Ghanaian striker.
